McCombs Leadership Program
The McCombs Leadership Program (LP) is a two-year leadership development program for undergraduate business students that is comprised of workshops and retreats, all of which are structured around the Social Change Model and reflection.
This program provides continuous, engaging activities so that you can positively impact the world around you.
Set yourself apart by gaining valuable leadership skills with the award-winning McCombs Leadership Program!
LP facilitates your self-awareness and your capacity to effectively work with others so that you can positively influence the communities in which you belong.
Get involved with a program that integrates activities that you are already likely to be involved in on-campus
LP couples this with unique programming to enhance your leadership development on an individual, local and global level. You will deepen your understanding of your leadership qualities and experiences through reflective writing.
Join the program as a freshman or a sophomore
LP uses the Social Change Model of Leadership Development to structure the programs and activities.
