Discover the strategic possibilities at the intersection of business and technology with our 4-week May Term in London, featuring MIS 301. This course covers key topics such as the IT ecosystem, competitive advantage through information systems, databases, data communications, mobile telecommunications, business process management, and business intelligence. While you’ll gain practical experience with tools like Excel, the true value lies in understanding how these technologies drive business strategy. Set against the backdrop of London-a global tech and financial powerhouse-you’ll explore how these concepts apply in a real-world, international context. Experience the excitement of London while deepening your knowledge of the critical role IT plays in shaping modern business. The program is complemented by cultural excursions and company visits. MIS in London is hosted in partnership with IES Abroad. Their 70+ year history in their study abroad field and their partnerships with more than 500 global universities and colleges speak to the quality of IES programs.

Students are also encouraged to request formal documentation of student enrollment status from the UT Registrar’s Office and are required to notify Texas Global of their travel plans.
