Applying for a BBA Exchange
Below is the information needed for an exchange student to study abroad at the McCombs School of Business for a semester.
The deadline for completion of the UT Exchange online application is September 1 for Spring, and March 1 for Fall with additional documentation due following these dates, so that UT Austin can issue the required immigration documents for your student visa.
NOTE: If you are interested in or have been admitted to UT Austin as a general exchange student, but not through a direct business-school-to-business-school partnership, please reach out the International Student and Scholar Services Office for information that pertains to your studies at UT Austin.
HOW TO APPLY
Our office will email the application instructions to you and our counterparts at your university in February for Fall incoming students, and August for Spring incoming students.
