  • Traveling to Campus

    For teams that will be traveling into Austin via the airport, there are a few options available to help you navigate from the airport to the hotel and to campus. While the hotel does not offer an airport shuttle, participating teams can use rideshare apps like Lyft and Uber to get to campus. Teams may also utilize the CapMetro bus service to travel to the hotel and to campus. For more information, please view the UT Austin Visitor Resources webpage.

    The Hilton Garden Inn Austin University Capitol District is located 2 blocks from the NWCC competition site, Robert Rowling Hall (RRH). Check-in will begin at 3 pm on February 24, 2025, with teams checking out by 12 pm on February 28, 2025.     AT&T Hotel and Conference Center

    The AT&T Hotel and Conference Center is located on the UT Austin campus and is directly across from the competition site, Robert Rowling Hall (RRH). Check-in will begin at 3 pm on February 24, 2025, with teams checking out by 11 am on February 28, 2025.
