Competition Hotel Information
A room block has been secured for competing teams and their advisors at the Hilton Garden Inn Austin University Capitol District (301 W 17th St, Austin, TX, 78701). The room rate for April 4-7, 2024 is $199/night. When booking the room, the rate will show as $329/night, however Texas McCombs will subsidize the cost per room by $130/night. The room block discounted rates will be available until March 16, 2024 - so book soon!

The Hilton Garden Inn Austin University Capitol District is located 2 blocks from the NWCC competition site, Robert Rowling Hall (RRH). Check-in will begin at 3 pm on April 4, 2024 with teams checking out by 12 pm on April 7, 2024. Travel to Campus
For teams that will be traveling into Austin via the airport, there are a few options available to help you navigate from the airport to the hotel and to campus. While the hotel does not offer an airport shuttle, participating teams can use rideshare apps like Lyft and Uber to get to campus.
