Late applicants must email Aleksandra Wingate to access the application. Please note that completing the online application form does not confirm or guarantee your place in any program.
- If you are selected, you will be notified with next steps. Students are usually notified 1-2 weeks after the application deadline closes. Admitted students will pay a $500 deposit within one week of acceptance. The deposit will be applied to the program fee.
- If you do not receive a placement, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Scholarships - Please Note: the only opportunity to apply for a May Term scholarship via BBA International Programs is at the time you submit your application to the program. Students may not apply for a May Term Program scholarship retroactively.
Selected applicants will receive their placement offer and scholarship offer at the same time, if they receive one.
SELECTION PROCESS
Due to high demand, a random lottery-based selection process is used for all Faculty-Led Programs. However, some programs undergo a more comprehensive review and available spaces are weighted toward applicants who meet certain criteria.
WHAT IF I DON'T GET IN?
If you did not receive a placement in your desired program, you may remain on the waitlist or you may switch to another program with open space. Students can also explore BBA Summer Exchange Programs, our Summer Affiliated Program at London School of Economics, or programs via the main UT Education Abroad Office.
