Must be 3.25 or greater by the end of freshman year for courses taken in residence at UT (grades claimed from AP tests will not count toward your GPA). |

You must have completed at least 12 hours in the fall and 12 hours in the spring semester, in residence, full time status, for letter grade credit. |
GPA Reviews |
GPA is evaluated in December and May. |
Probationary period |
If you fall below the 3.25 requirement in the fall semester, you will be placed on probation. You must use your spring semester to earn a combined Fall and Spring freshman year average of at least a 3.25 GPA in order to stay in Canfield BHP. |
Dismissal |
If your GPA falls below a 3.25 in the spring and your resulting average for the school year is below a 3.25, you will not receive a probationary period and you will be automatically dismissed from the program. |
Appeals |
Will be accepted for extenuating, nonacademic circumstances, and will require documentation. |
